OBJECT DESCRIPTION

Breitenburg Hotel Restaurant & Spa is a hotel 4**** superior category. It consists of two parts, a new and a historic building. The existing building is a very large former cowshed, which is part of the historic ensemble Gutshof Breitenburg. To the north, facing the Breitenburg Canal Landscape Conservation Area, the new building opens with a panoramic view of the canal and the 27-hole golf course. Due to the sloping terrain the floors -1 and -2 of the new building also have a magnificent view of the landscape.
The lobby, the restaurant and kitchen are located on the ground floor of the historic building and the guest suites and conference area are situated on the upper floors. In the new building guest rooms are exclusively located on the ground and upper floors. The spa area in the new building on the 1st floor is equipped with a swimming pool, fitness rooms and saunas. On the 2nd floor there are 12 treatment rooms, a relaxation room and a private spa in addition to technical areas. The central M&E units, except ventilation, are housed in another historic building, to be able to supply further construction phases if necessary.
