OBJECT DESCRIPTION

Sky Campus Nordport is a modern, u-shaped office building with five storeys, which was built on a plot of around 9.800 m² directly next to the runways of Hamburg's Helmut Schmidt Airport. With a gross floor area above ground of almost 10.600 m², the building offers state-of-the-art workspaces that meet the flexible requirements of a fintech company. A centrally designed interior area serves as a meeting point for employees, customers and guests, while glass bridges connect the outer wings of the building. The concept is complemented by a spacious roof terrace with an impressive view of the airport operations. A separately constructed multi-storey car park provides practical and sufficient parking space.
