Oliver Vitzthum studied architecture at the Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) Regensburg. Until 2006, he worked for large German project management companies within the divisional and executive management and was operationally responsible for numerous large projects, including the "Overall expansion of Hamburg Airport Project HAM 21", and accompanied numerous technical due diligences. Oliver Vitzthum has been a managing partner in the company since January 2007, and has been the sole shareholder since January 2015. For many years, he has held various teaching positions at German Universities and Colleges.
Even during his studies in construction management in Karlsruhe, Martin Oberle demonstrated his passion for project management, laying the foundation for his career. After graduating, he took on the role of client representative in a large, medium-sized company. Since 2018, Martin Oberle has been working in project management in Munich and joined the VITZTHUM team in 2021. With his extensive experience and comprehensive expertise in project management, he was granted power of attorney in 2024. Since 2025, he has been responsible for the Munich branch as its branch manager.
Sabine Bode studied architecture at RWTH Aachen University. In the mid-1990s, she founded her own architecture firm in Hanover and simultaneously worked as a research assistant in the architecture department at the University of Hanover. She also taught as a visiting professor at the University of Nebraska. From 2006, Sabine Bode worked for VITZTHUM in various areas of project management. Since 2012, she has headed the Technical Asset Management department, which now manages several hundred thousand square meters of building and construction (AuM).
Georg Solms studied architecture at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and Lund University in Sweden. After graduating in 2003, he worked as a project manager in various architectural firms in Germany and Switzerland. Since 2016, Georg Solms has been responsible for a large number of new construction and revitalisation projects at VITZTHUM Projektmanagement GmbH as part of its project management services. Georg Solms also holds a degree in Real Estate Economics from the ADI (Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft GmbH) and is a certified project manager with the DVP (German Association for Project Management in the Construction and Real Estate Industry).
